Reflection: I think this quote means to always make good decisions and avoid the bad ones. For example, don't choose the wrong and always choose the right. If someone tells you to do something bad, don't because you always need to do the right thing.

Mental Health Counselor

Duties and responsibilities: A mental health counselor works with patients, groups or communities to improve their mental health. They also encourage their patients to talk about their emotions or feelings about their issues.

Salary: $45,080

Education: To become a mental health counselor, you need a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, and other mental health related fields.

      

Reflection: I would like to be a mental health counselor. I like helping other with expressing and talking about their feelings.

Thanksgiving Week

My thanksgiving break was awesome. I went to my cousins house for 2 days. We had lots of fun together while we were in their pool. When I got to my cousins house, I reunited with one of my friends. She's cool and fun to hang out with. After, I went back home and watched movies on Netflix. I also did a project on a Subculture for one of my classes. I also read the book The hunger Games for a reading assignment. On Thanksgiving day, I spent the day with my family and friends. We didn't eat turkey, put we all bought food. On that day, it was also my sisters birthday so we celebrated it too. For the rest of the week, I spent some time with my family.

Gratitude

Reflection: I think this quote means that your attitude should always be positive and thankful. For example, if someone does something nice for you, be thankful. If you don't show them that you are thankful, they would not do anything nice for you ever again. When someone shows gratitude, you should show them gratitude back. Its the nicest thing to do.

Reflection: I think this means that if you do all of these things the right way, you will be a successful person in the future. For example, if people trust you, you become a trustworthy person. If you always do your best, your a hardworking person. If you treat others well, then you a kind person. All of this helps you become a person who always chooses the right.

Reflection: I think this quote means that physical fitness helps your mind. I think it also helps how you think and how your mind functions. For example, when you exercise, you relax and helps your mind think positive.

This quote means that kindness is what shows what type of person you are. When you show kindness to people, they will show kindness to you in return. For example, if someone forgets a pencil and needs one, you should let them borrow one. This an act of kindness. One day, you'll might need one, and they'll most likely lend you one in return. Not showing kindness is a rude thing to do. For example, if a person asks you for a pencil and you say no, they will think that you aren't kind. Don't be that type of person and choose the right.
