It is also a cultural celebration. These days, people decorate their houses and a tree as tradition. They also have a feast with their loved ones and give presents. Santa Claus was invented after St. Nicholas. St. Nicholas died in A.D. 342. Every Christmas he "comes" and gives presents to kids that are good. Before, Santa would give kids that were bad, coal. He gave them coal as a punishment for not behaving good. This rarely happens today. Kids would also receive candies and toys in their socks that they hung up near the chimney. The socks are also Known as stockings. Overall, Christmas is a fun holiday.⭐
