Reflection: I think this quote means that using drugs to cheat and win is bad and being honest is good. People who use drugs to cheat feel bad after they do it and they regret it. Don't do this and instead just try your best. For example, If your playing a sport and you want to win, don't take drugs that will help you win. Just try your best and you could win. If you take the drugs, you might feel ashamed after you succeeded because you didn't succeed honestly. You were only successful because you took drugs. Don't choose the wrong and always stick with choosing the right.
