Reflection: I think this quote means that if you do the right thing, you"ll have nothing to worry about in life and you will be living a good life. For example, if you don't steal or do drugs or any of those things, you will live a good life and you won't have any problems regarding those things. If you do one of those things, your life can get complicated and you won't live the right way. Another example is that Rachel found a lot of money and returned it to the owner of it. She didn't get a reward for doing that, but she's doing great, knowing that she did the right thing and not taking the money. If she took the money, the situation will eventually come back to her and ruin her life.
