Reflection: I think this quote means that we shouldn't break any promises that we make no matter what. For example, if you promise that you will never use drugs, don't break it. If you don't break a promise, then that makes you a good person. If you break the promise, then your not a good person and your not reliable. Always keep your promises because it makes you a good person and a CTR person.
